Building Better Workplaces is a project For Manitoba SMEs who have a workforce-related challenge but don’t have adequate HR resources and experience to address it, Building Better Workplaces is the affordable HR expert that helps SMEs understand the cause of their issues and creates an action plan that addresses them – ultimately, contributing to improved morale, productivity and retention.

Career Destination

CareerDestination.mb.ca is a website that contains a gallery of profiles about well-rounded, diverse role models in Manitoba telling their compelling stories. Serving as a career and industry awareness tool, this website showcasing real Manitobans in real jobs has reached target audiences in school and community based organizations. In the past year more that 1500 students and teachers throughout Winnipeg have utilized this website as part of their career awareness curriculum.
